Shipping policy

Where we ship

United States only, to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What it costs

Free on every order. There is no minimum spend and there are no handling fees.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes a further 6 to 12 days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so a tracking number that shows no movement on the first day is normal.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved for 5 days, or your order has not arrived within 14 days, email support@jawrelax.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If the address is wrong, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not already shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you confirm the correct address.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@jawrelax.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free.
